By downloading or using LunaAlarm ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Service Description

LunaAlarm provides alarm scheduling, AI-assisted wake-up interactions, and personalization features including name, pronouns, language, and companion selection.

2. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful use
  • No interference with app functionality
  • No reverse engineering or unauthorized modification
  • No abusive use of AI interactions

3. AI Disclaimer

AI responses are automated and may be imperfect. LunaAlarm does not provide medical, psychological, or emergency advice. In emergencies, contact local emergency services.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Paid features, if available, are processed by platform billing systems (Apple/Google), and platform refund policies apply.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LunaAlarm is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect losses, missed alarms, or consequences of AI-generated responses.
